GRETA HOLLAND

Hello! I'm Greta, or Ghoolie if you found me  online. I am a 20 year old animator and 2D artist based in Malta. Aside from visual art, I have a background in Performing Arts, and I very often find my prior experience in that field influencing my work, especially my animations. I think acting principles are very important even in animated characters, and I try to translate that into engaging expressions, body language etc. Good storytelling is also an integral part of animation, in my opinion. I also make music! You can find it in a lot of my animated work, but I have also made a soundtrack for a game. I have taken part in the Malta Comic-Con twice; first in 2018 at the age of 14, and just last year. I have also contributed to two online zines alongside other artists, as a page artist.
